- Faulty Item Received

If you receive a faulty item, kindly send us a picture of it at support@colorscoops.in along with your order number. If the item deliver to you is faulty/defective we'll send you a free reshipment. You don't have to send it back to us :) All we'd need would be a picture of the faulty item.

- Not delivered on time

We totally understand that it's highly frustrating not to receive the orders on time. You might have ordered it for a special occasion or you simply don't like waiting. Our orders are delivered from our US or Chinese factory depending on the order demand and design. We usually ship the order from our factory within 2-3 days of receiving it and it takes another 10-12 days by the shipping companies to deliver your order at your doorstep. But, in some cases it might be delayed due to post office issues. Every post office can't accommodate packages after a certain limit, hence the delays are caused.

We'd really appreciate if you wait for your order for a few more days however we are always there to assist you and keep you posted on the latest updates. Additionally, you'll also have the tracking details to keep a check on the status.

It gets very difficult for us to cancel the order after it leaves our factory. So once it leaves our factory, it will reach you :)

- Wrong size received

If you've received the wrong size, please check the order you placed with us. We've seen in most of the cases that the wrong size has been selected by the customers while placing an order. In such cases, kindly contact support so that we can guide you further with a possible solution.

If you ordered the right size, however still received the wrong one, we'll be more than happy to send you a free reshipment :) Just let us know with a picture of it and we'll be there to get it done for you.

- I ordered by mistake/I'm no longer interested

The orders can't be cancelled after 24 hours of placing them. The order usually gets shipped within 48 hours of receiving the same.

Will you have more designs, styles, and products often?

Yes, we will be releasing more styles and products weekly! Be sure to follow us on Twitter and enable notifications for sales and new arrivals!

-Do you ship worldwide?

Currently we are only shipping in India 

-How long will it take to receive my order?

Although we will strive to fulfill the order as soon as possible however once an order is placed it goes through a line of processes. Once you place your order, there will be a 2-3 day processing period followed by a 7-10 day shipping period. In total, it can take anywhere from 2-3 weeks to receive your items. Shipment times vary as per order, please bare with us. Don't hesitate to email us if you have any questions regarding your shipment!  

-May I get a tracking number?

Yes! All orders include tracking details after the order is processed (2-4 days). Email: support@colorscoops.in with your order number if you are missing a tracking number and we will send you one at our soonest convenience. Please note that the order number is not your tracking number.  

-Will you email me when my order is shipped out?

Yes! You will get a confirmation email after you have placed your order and another when your order is dispatched.  

-How can I pay?

We currently accept payment via debit/credit cards and cash on delivery.

-What happens if I type in the wrong address?

If you provide us with a wrong address and the shipment has not been sent out please email us at support@colorscoops.in & we will change it to the correct address if it has been sent out, it is not our responsibility to re-send that item with your new address, so please make sure to type in your correct address when placing your orders!

-Taxes & Duties:

We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
